| ACC Community Garden | The African Community Center's garden is located at the North end of Donald SE (directly past the ACC). There are seven different groups of gardeners, including the Burundian women of our Women’s Support Group, a group of Burmese youth, and other members of the East Hills community. There is also a compost pile gathering all of the coffee grounds of “The Sparrow’s” coffee shop and vegetable scraps from “The Brick Road Pizza Co.” We would like to extend a special thanks to Ron Ward of Crop Services Intl. and Bill Brickley of Wherever God Wills, whose generosity allowed this to happen. | 8 | 0 |
| Women's Support Group | A group of Burundi women meet at the African Community Center every other Saturday at 10AM. They eat food together, do henna, and discuss a new topic each meeting. | 1 | 0 |
